The large 10,000 sqm property is situated on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz in the middle of banana plantations. On the grounds is the owner's house and two apartments. There are many exotic plants to discover including an avocado plantation. Spacious are the well maintained lawns for your sunbeds or your breakfast under the sun. Also extraordinary is the pool size, since this is not a normal private pool, it is more already a real swimming bath, with a size of just under 90 sqm. The pool is also solar-heated, so that you can always swim in the winter.
