The Finca-apartment is located in a beautiful and very secluded location, which is of course very quiet in the mountains of Tenerife, above Los Realejos at about 1000 meters altitude. The location is ideal for hikers, because hiking trails start right outside the front door. The 10,000 square meter property will be managed by the owner, vegetables and potatoes are growing here and also rabbits and chickens are kept here. The house has only 2 apartments. Outside there is a terrace which is furnished and oriented to the sea, great sea views across the valley, of course, included.

It is a holiday home for walkers with simple furniture, but functional furnishings. There are three bedrooms, one with large double bed, the other two with two single beds. At each bedroom a en-suite bathroom with shower is attached. The kitchen has a 4 plate stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender and juicer. The dining room has a table with six chairs. The living room has an additional sofa bed and a TV set for the receipt of national programs.
