This costly complex of apartments is located in "El Galeon" - a modern district Adeje, at periphery of a historical heart of that town, in a quiet Avenida de los Oceanos. From there, you can each in 10 minutes on foot the centre of Adeje, full of idyllic atmosphere. One of the most beautiful beaches of Tenerife, in Fanabe - Playa del Duque, and also a golf complex, offering a training program are only 5 minutes by car away. Adeje Pueblo is not counted as a purely tourist place and that is why there is no mass tourist, but rather it is a "normal Canarias bigger locality". The complex has at its disposal two round swimming pools (one for small children), a playground and also an extensive garden and a free space. Using free available deck chairs, you can have daily sunny bath directly at the swimming pool. The apartment itself has an inside area of about 75 sq. m. plus 50 sq. m. of two terraces outside (one of them with a side view over sea).

The apartment is divided in 75 sq. m. of living area and 50 sq. m. of terrace area. It consists of fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one bathroom en-suite with a bath and separate bathroom with a shower), two separate bedrooms and a large living room. The apartment has at its disposal an individual, private entrance and a direct access to a common swimming pool. Apart from that you can have a common parking place in garage. The bedroom with a bathroom has a king size bed, a second bedroom has two single beds (a possibility of additional baby bed) and a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have large in-built wardrobes. Entire furniture of the apartment is very well-groomed and looks almost as a new one. The kitchen is fully equipped with heating board Ceran and all common kitchen appliances as well as a dish washer and a washing machine with a small chair and table. The living-dining room is furnished with a big, cosy table with four chairs and 2 sofas, satellite TV, DVD and HiFi. From there you can pass directly to the western terrace with a palm tree garden and 2 deck chairs, so that you can enjoy sun totally in a private atmosphere. A set of tables and two deck chairs are also located on the terrace.
