This beautiful apartment complex, which used to be an old Canarias mansion, is located on the periphery of Icod de los Vinos, surrounded by nature, at altitude of only 325 m above sea level. Nowadays, it still keeps the style and the charming atmosphere of the original house, even after renovations, the interior patio (Canarias yard) has been kept.

There are 7 apartments for rent in the entire complex, which are arranged in a similar way. The furniture of the apartment you choose could be a little bit different from the others. The apartments have 1 bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is provided with a toaster, coffee express machine, detergents, espresso maker, kitchen clothes and all the needed utensils for the daily use. There is a safe in every apartment, which is free of charge. Beach towels are available for our guests without at no extra cost. Laundry service (washing, drying and ironing) is available with at extra charge. The gym is free for the guests. A coach, massages, hairdresser and feet care are offered additionally.

The apartment Type A (aprox. 45-48 sq.m.): (maximum 2 adults + child). All the apartments have their own style, different from the others: Spanish-Mexican, Mediterranean, English. , dogs are not allowed. The apartment has got 1 bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace/ balcony, satellite television.
