This holiday apartment, located in a very quiet zone in La Quinta - being a district of Santa Ursula, is only 5 minutes away bar car from Puerto de la Cruz. It is a typical living vicinity with outstanding style of buildings with a very nicely looking houses nearby. A swimming pool with a meadow for sun burning belongs to the apartment. You can reach on foot many places, offering various forms of spending leisure time like squash, tennis, fitness training (at extra charge). Taking a short walk you will find restaurants and shops.

This beautifully arranged apartment consists of a living room, bedroom and a balcony. The bedroom is provided with a twin bed and a wardrobe. The living room has got a satellite TV and a stereo set. The sofa, which can be used also for sleeping, provides sleeping places for the 3rd and 4th person. The kitchen - with heating plate, roaster, fridge, dishes and cutlery, electrical kettle, toaster, coffee express machine etc. - is fully equipped. The balcony however does not offer any incredibly amazing view but is located in a very quiet area and not in the direction of the street; the apartment itself is not situated directly at the street. So you can have breakfast without a curious look for others. As a welcome gift, you will get a small basket full of fresh local fruit and a bottle of wine.
