This 10-apartment living complex is located in the middle of the boulevard area, in just 1 minute walk from "Playa de Los Cristianos". The complex is perfect for bath lovers. Generally those persons who would like to be "in the centre" will find a right place there. Just going outdoors you can do shopping, or go out for a meal, or just have a cold beer in one of many inns. After a minute walk you will get to the beach boulevard, which is 10 km long. Here you will be able to take and enjoy nice and long walks.

The complex has got 2 large roof terraces with tables, chairs and deck chairs. For those who do not fancy going out at night in Los Cristianos, this place is perfect for enjoying a charming evening on one of the roof terraces. When the evening gets hot, there is a possibility of taking a shower in one of the two outdoor showers located in the terrace. There is a wonderful ocean view from the roof terraces.
