But not only the immediate beach location is unique to this apartment, it is also one of the nicest facilities in Playa de las Americas, Parque Santiago III. You will find two pools, one is heated, a beautiful water landscape for children, several restaurants, shops and boutiques.

On the large terrace are two lounge chairs and a large table with chairs. If you leave the terrace above the garden gate, you are right on the beach promenade. From here you can walk in 10 minutes to the port of Los Cristianos, or run in the opposite direction to the Costa Adeje (approx. 10 km).
