On the beautiful, green north of Tenerife, between the towns of La Matanza, El Sauzal at about 200 meters altitude, there is the beautiful apartment of 51qm, with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, hall, pool and sea view terrace, Garden, pool (ca. 4 x 4 m) and sun terrace with stunning views of Teide and the north coast, in a quiet neighborhood.

In the garden with beautiful flowers, shrubs, herbs, palms and trees is the terrace with a sitting area, from which you see perfectly the sea and have a barbeque. From your own private pool terrace with sun loungers you have a fabulous view of Mount Teide and the sea, including the north coast, Garachico, Los Silos and the lighthouse in Puerto del la Cruz. Through the south-west facing of the sun terrace you can enjoy the sun all day.

The apartment has a large living and dining area with a sofa bed (160x195), dining table for up to 4 people, large TV with Satellite connection to about 60 channels, radio, beautiful lamps, books, games. All rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable.

Bedroom with two beds (100x200) that you can push together, with very good slats, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves for clothes and small items, separate wake-up radio, beautiful lighting and tastefully furnished.

The second private terrace (beside your own pool terrace) has a seating for four people and you can look from here to the sea and relax with a glass of wine in the evening at the grill.

In the kitchen you find everything you need, such as: coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator with large freezer, kettle, espresso machine, microwave oven or the grill, electric hotplates
