The Playa de la Arena in Puerto Santiago, with its famous black sand beach is located in decidedly sunny and warm south of the island. You will find not only plenty of shops and restaurants from many different nations, but also the idyllic harbour with the impressive backdrop of cliffs of Los Gigantes. At the harbour you can book several boat trips to watch whales and dolphins.

Furthermore, you can make beautiful walks. As an example, the walk through the Mascaschlucht that is by bus and boat ride an impressive and unforgettable day tour.

The beautiful and very tastefully decorated apartment is located in a small complex in Playa de la Arena, in the first place. Immediately upon entering the living room one is overwhelmed by the beautiful and unique panoramic views of the coast, the Atlantic Ocean, La Palma and La Gomera. From the balcony and the large sun terrace, you will have the feeling really fall out into the sea. Your vacation starts here!

The apartment is composed as follows: The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room and includes a stove with 4 hotplates, oven, fridge-freezer. All necessary electrical appliances like coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc., and plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery are provided.

In the living room you will find a satellite TV with international programs and a sofa and two very comfortable armchairs. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe, a mosquito net is also available. The bathroom offers toilet and sink, a shower bath and a bidet.

From the large, furnished balcony, you get via a staircase to the upper level. Here is another bedroom with double bed and mosquito nets, wardrobe and a small bathroom with shower. Also located on this level, the large sun terrace, where you are totally alone with yourself, the sun and the sea for real relaxing.

The apartment also includes a washing machine, BBQ , iron and ironing board.

The idyllic pool and swimming areas are available free of charge. From the complex, there is a direct access (via ladder) to the sea. The famous black sand beach is just a 5 minute walk away.

The bus stop is also within walking distance. From there you can easily e.g. go to the tourist resorts Costa Adeje, Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos.
