Directly at the golf yard in Playa de las Americas, there is a greater number of villas in colonial style which have at their disposal apartments for vacationers. This object is arranged in an expensive way. From a private terrace, you have a spectacular view over the golf yard, partially also over the mountains and sea. At your disposal there are 2 main pools and child's pool, however one of the main pools is heated in winter. You can use also sunny terraces with jacuzzi provided with deck chairs. At the bar near the pool, drinks and cakes are offered.

The apartments, having 2 bedrooms, are arranged in a very expensive way and offer richly equipped living and kitchen facility with TV, bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, completely furnished American kitchen and two separate bedrooms each time with 2 beds.
