The apartment is located directly at the beach of El Medano, the sound of the sea belongs to the background noise. Also for children, the beach is good because it goes flat into the water. Highlight of the object is the very large (30 sqm) terrace with sea and beach views. At the entrance there is a further terrace. The house has its own access to the beach!

In the living room you can receive international satellite programs. The American kitchen is fully equipped, including with hob, oven, refrigerator freezer, microwave and small appliances like coffee maker and toaster. A washing machine is also there. There are two bedrooms, one with bunk bed, the other with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). In addition, there is still a sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 people. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a shower.
