This real bio-estate (bio-finca), located in a very quiet place has 10.600 sq.m. of garden area which is exceptionally well maintained. The place has more than 10.000 types of plants what gives that place a real paradise atmosphere. There you can find a variety of palms and pepper trees as well as benjamin tress and colourful brushes which flourish in all area. The use of chemicals was dropped in the area of the bio-estate. Even water in the 5 x 9 meter swimming pool is treated without chlorine by means of special water treatment device what helps to avoid possible allergies. There is much more to be discovered in this spacious piece of land: not only a barbeque place is available but even natural caves of lava which can be also enjoyed and admired. It has a fully equipped, modern American kitchen a bar for breakfast, a separate bedroom with a twin bed, a bathroom - having direct access from bedroom - with a shower, WC, bidet and wash basin. The living room is provided apart from satellite TV with a sleeping sofa which offers a place for further 2 persons if needed. An own, furnished terrace of 25 sq.m. area belongs to the house. It has a covering wall of natural stone and a private own meadow for sun burning.
