Located in tranquil location, just off the coast of Santa Ursula is this beautiful, bright, in 2010 completely renovated bungalow below the 4 star hotel La Quinta Park. The bungalows are located beneath the hotel and are accessible via a lift. From here, you hear no noise from the hotel, you live in a quiet neighborhood. The entire facilities of the La Quinta Hotel are avalaible for the holiday guests. The Bungalow offers 2 private terraces with around 65 square meters, the large terrace on the sea facing side has about 45 square meters and has stunning views of the sea and the north coast. Also from the main bedroom and living room, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view. The private sun terrace has a table with 4 chairs and sun loungers. An electric awning provides protection from too much sun.

The facilities include two pools, one very large and heated. Sunbeds at the pool also available in sufficient quantities. The facility also include a reception, lifts, restaurant, bar, mini market and hairdresser. For a fee, you can also use the spa area with indoor pool, two whirlpools, extra Templarium with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, or practicing different sports like tennis, squash, fitness, mini golf or billiards.

The bungalow has two bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed and sea view and the second bedroom with two single beds. The living room has comfortable seating and international TV programs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including with cooling .- freezer, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, CW, bidet and washbasin. Who would not like to eat on the private terrace, may use the existing dining table for 4 persons. Thanks washing and ironing avaliable, the bungalow is also suitable for longer stays. Even cleaning utensils are available. As the bungalow is private there is no cleaning staff.
