This is a typical Canarian duplex house in the town of El Guinchon. The town is located between Icod de los Vinos and Garachico, at the sea. From the object you have a beautiful view of the Atlantic across large banana plantations. The Casa El Guincho is located only 2 km away from the town of Garachico, who is known for its natural sea swimming pool (there is also a public swimming pool with sea water) and its restaurants, where you can eat seafood of the highest quality. The town with its small fishing port and its cobblestone streets and shady squares offers peace and beauty.

The Casa El Guincho is an old Canarian house and was completely restaurated in 2006, it was taken care to maintain that the charm and character remains. From the street a stone stairway leads to the house with two residential units in a shady, covered by a wooden gate separate court. From this patio you enter the two residential units as well as about a wooden staircase leads to the furnished roof terrace (chairs, table and chairs). Immediately afterwards, on the same level as the roof terrace, there is a small garden with barbecue area.

From the patio, you enter the large, bright living-dining room with complete equipped, int. kitchen with washing machine. The two windows offer views over the banana plantations to the Atlantic Ocean. Dining table with chairs, a sofa bed, satellite TV and ceiling fan complete the set. The bedroom with double bed (150 cm) and wardrobe also has a window overlooking the ocean. An open passageway leads into the bathroom with an antique wash basin, shower and toilet.
