The studio is located in first row to the sea in the district Puntillo del Sol, the most sunniest region in the north of Tenerife. Puntillo del Sol is part of two municipalities, namely, La Matanza, El Sauzal. Highlight of the object is the sensational unobstructed views of Mount Teide and the sea and much of the north coast. The large balcony offers a great view but still has a definitly plus. Thanks to the West orientation, you can see the sunset on the sea and you are fully protected against views of the neighbors. No one could look into your patio. The complex includes a beautiful pool area, which includes besides a children's pool. Even from there it is a wonderful view. The pool area has sun beds and chairs that can be taken from the guests themselves from a small little house(for free).

The studio has two single beds, which are compiled into a double bed (each 1.90 x 90), a small dining table and a couch including SAT-TV. In the studio there is also a simple but fully equipped kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave and fridge freezer. Toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, etc. are available. The bathroom has a bath / shower, sink and toilet. The balcony is furnished with three chairs and table.
