The real estate (finca) "La Higuera" is located in La Vega which is a typical Canarias town, near Icod de los Vinos. It was totally renewed in 2001 and the old typical Canarias style has been kept. The house has an interior patio full of plants and a big roof terrace with a wonderful view over the northern coast, Atlantic ocean and El Teide mountains. The entrance doors is trimmed with old, big tree called higuera in Canarias Isles hence the name of the estate. The garden is 1900 sq.m. big and many exotic plants can be found, as well as a vineyard. The are 2 living units in the finca together with the flat of the German owner, so you can enjoy a very relaxing and recovering holidays.

The studio has a space for 2 persons and has got a balcony with a view over sea. It has a 1.40 x 2.00 m twin bed. The kitchen corner is fully furnished with fridge, 2-burner gas oven, coffee express, electrical kettle and toaster. The apartment is provided with TV set. A modern bathroom has a shower with a massage system and a hair dryer. Apart from that, you can use a common washing machine and dryer for washed things. You have at your disposal - what is a separate attraction - outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
