The house has a romantic landscaped patio (Canarian courtyard) and a large roof terrace with stunning views of the north coast, the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide. The entrance gate is topped by a big old fig tree, therefor the name. The 1600 square meter garden was laid out with exotic and ornamental crops, this includes a wine planting. On the farm there are only three residential units plus the house of the German owner, so you can enjoy a truly unique and relaxing holiday.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons + baby. The bedroom has a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m) and space for a baby bed. In the living room an additional bed (0,90 x 2,00 m) is possible. The bedroom has sea views. The terrace is located in the patio. There are also German TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, two-plate stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. You are also provided a communal washing machine and dryer available. The bathroom features a power shower, underfloor heating and hairdryer.
