This beautiful, free standing holiday house, with fantastic view over sea and a private swimming pool is located in the south of Arafo. The swimming pool of kidney shape is of size 7 x 4 m and is located on a sunny terrace, directed towards the sea, provided with deck chairs. The remaining part of land was set with many exotic plants what spreads a very pleasant atmosphere. A bricked BBQ also is on the sunny terrace. Apart from that, as protection against too strong sun, a roofed terrace is located there, equipped with usual terrace furniture, having also a decorative pond.

The living room is provided with places for sitting with TV, wireless and CD player, a dining table, and also various small furniture. The kitchen is equipped with everything what is needed during holiday like dishes, 4-board cooker Ceran, coffee express machine etc. The large bedrooms are nicely arranged. One bedroom has a French bed of width 1,35 m, the remaining two bedrooms are provided with 2 single beds each. The bathroom of Canarias style is equipped with a shower, wash basin and WC.
