This holiday villa with a private swimming pool is located in a fabulous, very quiet location in the green north of Tenerife, in El Rosario - a district of San Juan de la Rambla. The villa was finished only in 2006 and offers comfortable places for 5 persons. Not only the swimming pool is an attraction of the object but most of all a fabulous view from the object and from numerous terraces over the land estate surrounding the building of area 550 sq.m. (out of this about 100 sq.m. of garden). From there, not only a complete view over sea is spreading but also over the mountains. You will have also a complete view over sea from the house.

The living room is provided with comfortable upholstered furniture from which e.g. you can watch the satellite TV or DVD. In neighbouring dining room, a dining table is with corresponding cupboards is. The kitchen offers everything what is needed even for a hobbyist cook. Beside standard appliances like fridge-freezer or cooker, you can find here such devices like juice mixer, coffee maker for espresso, coffee express machine etc. You have also washing machine and iron at your disposal. On the first floor of the villa, bedrooms, in colouristic way matching one another, are located each with 2 beds and in-built wardrobes. The beds can be set together as a twin bed. The bathroom offers big shower, wash basin, WC and many places to put your utensils. A dryer is also there.
