The comfortably furnished townhouses lies in a good location of Callao Salvaje, a tranquil location close to the center and the beach. The in 2012 newly placed sand beach in Callao Salvaje can be reached in about 5 minutes walk.

The highlights of the house are certainly the 3 terraces each on every floor, from where you have naturally from the top, namely the large roof terrace, a great view of the Atlantic. Seating and sun loungers are available.

Downstairs is the living room with a large sofa bed where 2 people can sleep if necessary.
