The built in 1999, four-family house is located in the district of Punta Brava, near the center of Puerto de la Cruz, in a very quiet residential location, without traffic.

For the way to the beach you need only a few minutes by foot and typical Canarian shops are only about 300 meters away. At a walk along the beautifully landscaped beach promenade, you will be lead by small bars and coffee houses directly to the center of the charming old town and the way back with a taxi is only around 3.00 euros.

The apartment offers accommodation in a private setting. It was completely refurbished in 2006 and new furnished with quality finishes.

The living room has a cozy sitting area, and has a satellite antenna to receive almost all German programs. The 2 persons appointed bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a large double bed with shared 180x200m innerspring mattress and adjustable mattress guarantees a peaceful night. The kitchen, with a small breakfast table, has an oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, as well as new pots, pans and tableware.

The bathroom is fully tiled, with bath, bidet, toilet and wash basin and plenty of towels are available.

The living room leads out onto a 35 sqm large terrace with dining area, sunbeds and an infinitely beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and Spain's highest mountain, Mount Teide.
