It has two terraces, one terrace is ideal for sunbathing and the other one for breakfast or something similar. At the side of the house is a private garden and behind the house an universally accessible park-like large garden with interesting flowers and rare birds. The directly opposite located beach is a natural sandy beach in a no developed area. Don`t woory to have to lie on a crowded beach. For those, who think the evenings in El Medano are quiet, in about 15 minutes by car you are at the party locations of Las Americas / Los Cristianos. There you may have party the whole night.

Beach location First in series to the sea, is the location of this holiday house with three floors. The house has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms have a double bed. The third bedroom is suitable for children equipped with a bunk bed. The entire property was completely renovated in 2005 and is therefore in very good condition. The house has two bathrooms upstairs, each with toilet, sink and shower. One is accessable from the guest & children's room , the other only from the main bedroom. There also a bath and wardrobes are available. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is very spacious and offers a luxurious standard of six persons. A large refrigerator, a convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, the usual electronic devices, as well as a microwave and a hood to the outside are available. The living room is provided for multimedia entertainment. At your disposal are a DVD-Stereo, a wireless Internet flat rate, and satellite TV with the most popular German television stations. The dining room offers with seaview place for max. six people, adjacent to the terrace is also a garden table with six chairs, which can also be used as a dining table.
