The Finca-apartment is located in a beautiful and very secluded location, which is of course very quiet in the mountains of Tenerife, above Los Realejos at about 1000 meters altitude. The location is ideal for hikers, because hiking trails start right outside the front door. The 10,000 square meter property will be managed by the owner, vegetables and potatoes are growing here and also rabbits and chickens are kept here. The house has only 2 apartments. Outside there is a terrace which is furnished and oriented to the sea, great sea views across the valley, of course, included.

It is a typical Canarian finca holiday home. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds. Each bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with 4 plate stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender and juicer. The dining area has a table with 8 chairs. The living room has a fireplace and TV equipment with national programs.
