The house Bonita, with direct access to the beach, can be reached by approximately 50 steps. The Casa Bonita has an upper flat and an apartment in the lower range. The upstairs apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In the cozy living room is a sofa, a TV and a nice dining area. The large kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator combination, dishes and all the things you need for preparing a tasty meal. In the underlying apartment that offers space for two people, there is a living room / bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The apartment is rented only together with the upper house! The price refers to the entire house. To the house belongs an overgrown plot with native plants and cacti and a large terrace from which you have a wonderful view over the sea and the Anaga mountains. The terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol.

About a small way it is only about 3 minutes to the Bay of San Andres de Igueste. There is the beautiful black sand beach and a rocky beach. At this, never overflowing the beach, you can enjoy the water sports equipment.

For shopping or visit museums extensively you may drive to the nearby capital, Santa Cruz. The beautiful white sand beach of Playa Las Teresitas is reached in about 10 minutes from the house.
