In a quiet dead end road, in the district Cuesta de la Villa, is the lcation of this beautifully furnished holiday home. The cottage has a private pool, private garden and a terrace with a barbecue. Beside the house is a driveway with a carport for the car. Here you can spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday, but in a few minutes by car you are at the bustling tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz and on beaches.

The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In both bedrooms there are televisions with satellite TV. Directly at the house is still a small apartment that has an extra bedroom for 2 people, a sitting area, TV with satellite TV and a shower. The living room features a cozy sofa, a fireplace and a television with a large Flat Screen, has satellite TV reception. Beside the living room, in an open corner area, there is a desk on which one can work with his laptop. The house has WiFi. The dining area has a nice round dining table that can accommodate 6 people. The large kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator combination, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils which you need. A separate utility room contains a washer and dryer. In front of the terrace, there is a winter garden with a comfortable sofa set. Throughout the house there is an air condition that can be set to cold or warm air.

On the large terrace which is equipped with wooden garden furniture and an awning, there is a gas grill, which provides social barbecues. At the large heated pool is an outdoor shower and a quiet terrace, equipped with sunbeds. The plot is for the most part secluded and therefore suitable for naturists. The garden has a wonderful view to the Teide. From a slightly raised wooden platform you have a fantastic view to the sea and the coast.
