This magnificent real estate (finca) is located in a natural area of 7000 sq.m., in an ideal climate zone at about 270 meters above sea level, in El Salto, a few kilometers to the south of Granadilla. There are no constructions around the estate, so it offers among others a fantastic view over sea. Aloe Vera plants are mainly grown in this finca farm. There are approximately 1000 plants in the estate. The bedroom has got a particular, romantic atmosphere and is very comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom offers a round shower, wash basin and WC, bathrobes, hair dryer and also very pleasent, indirect lighting. The inner Canarias patio of area 30 sq.m. is provided with garden furniture.
