This nice holiday house in Canarias style is located in a very nice place in El Rincon - a locality next to Puerto de la Cruz and to La Orotava, only 600 m from a nice beach Playa Bolullo. The house has two terraces: one in front of the house, and the second behind the house, each with beautiful view over a plantation of bananas in neighbouring vicinity, also over sea and the mountains. The house, despite a close distance to the beach, is provided with additionally with a swimming pool and deck chairs.

Attention was paid while restoring the old Canarias house to keep its original style as far as it was possible and combine it with a modern living comfort. As a result, the house has a very pleasant living atmosphere. The living room is fitted with a sofa and TV, and dining table with various small furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4-plate cooker with a roaster. Beside the kitchen, a small room is located for having breakfasts, in case, you sometimes would like to avoid sun during breakfast. Both bedrooms are each provided with two single beds with a possibility to set them together and one twin bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, wash basin and WC. In case of colder evenings in winter, you can set also an electrical radiator. The parking place for your rented car is directly in the area of the estate.
