This real estate (finca) is located in a very quiet place in Icod de los Vinos and offers a fantastic view over sea and mountains. The entire estate consists of two single living houses, so that you can enjoy a fabulous quietness. You will find there both deck chairs and sun parasols, as well as a swimming pool, only at the disposal of both living houses. You can feel also in the area of the estate an attraction to details e.g. even outdoors showers are provided with warm water.

In the bottom part of the house, the living room is located with TV and a small stereo set, a separate kitchen and WC. Tow bedrooms are on the first floor; the main bedroom offers not only a large bed but also a view over sea. The second bedroom - located opposite to the other one - is equipped with one single bed. The room also offers a view over sea and Teide Mountain. You can pass from the living room to the beautifully located terrace, on which you can have your breakfast or enjoy the end of the day.
