That 2000 sq. m. real estate (finca) is located in the north of Tenerife, a few kilometres east from Puerto de la Cruz in the most extended place at Atlantic ocean, directly at the beautiful sandy beach Playa Bollullo. That estate has a lonely location so we can say it is an absolutely quiet place. Around, there are only tropical plants, bananas and Atlantic ocean. Just next to the entrance doors, there are two sandy beaches, you can reach from the estate. Despite a separate location, you can make a wonderful walk to Puerto de la Cruz along the sea.
