The house impresses with its excellent outdoor area and exceptionally nice and quiet location. The house is located directly on Playa Arena, with a direct view to the beach and the famous cliffs of Los Gigantes by the huge, 70 square meter living room terrace. The pool terrace has morning sun and is also intended as a breakfast terrace, because it has a serving hatch from the kitchen. If that's too much sun in the morning, just use the awning as sun protection. The sea water pool is unusually large for a private sea water pool, about 12 meters long and up to 6 meters wide. Its depth is between 1.30 meters and 2.30 meters. For cooling in between, there is also an outdoor shower. From the house there is also a small private road to a bay.

From the large living room, you get a sensational sea view through the large panoramic glass sliding doors that allow you to enter the terrace, which is also furnished. A small television with satellite TV is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including with 4 ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine and of course, crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed (1.80 x 1.90 meters) and have a bathroom en suite. One is with bath, bidet, toilet and sink, the other the same, but with separate shower. In addition to the living room there is a guest toilet. The house has a parking space for a hired car, or directly behind the house, there is plenty of parking space.
