Igueste - On the foot of Anaga mountains

The small village of Igueste at the end of a country road, is situated at approx. 7km  from the most beautiful beach of the island called Playa de las Teresitas. As the road ends in the village, it is an ideal starting point for hikers who want to explore the mountains of Anaga. It is the best place to stay if you like to do trips on foot. The village has its own black sand beach, Playa de las Gaviotas but that involves a tiresome steep descent. Therefore, families with children are recommended to go to the beach of Las Teresitas which is only a short drive away.
