This luxurious real estate (finca) is perfectly equipped and that is why it is a paradise for those tourists who are looking for sun. The location in the southern-west of Tenerife guarantees you many hours of pure sun, especially that the southern west of Tenerife is considered as the sunniest part of the island. The finca is located in a very quiet zone at periphery of a small village. It has a heated swimming pool, a covered pool - also heated - with a system of change of water flow direction, a fitness and spa (wellness) zone, billiard, big diving board, and also putting green for golf lovers and for those who would like to become golf lovers. The entire area has about 11 000 sq.m. at only 9 offered living units. Many original parties are organized in the finca under the beduine tent. A Swedish style breakfast buffet from our restaurant is served every day as well as a choice of original Spanish meals.

This refers to a holiday object of living area of about 36 sq.m. together with large terrace. It has got a living room - kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a 18 sq.m. terrace equipped with seats for 4 persons. Deck chairs are also available and there is a BBQ area as well. The object has got central heating for the possible cold winter nights.

The kitchen- with a bar corner and bar chairs - is fully equipped: dish washer, 4-board cooker with a heating field of ceramic glass Ceran, roaster, fridge, microwave oven, coffee express machine, electrical kettle, toaster and fruit squeezer. The bathroom has got a hair dryer, 2 bathrobes, shower, toilet, bidet and a towel heater. The bedroom is provided with a French bed. The living room has got a sleeping sofa where 2 further persons can find a place for sleeping.
