The finca is located in Los Menores in the sun safe area in southwest of Tenerife in the best climatic zone at an altitude of only 390 meters and only a few minutes drive away from Playa de las Americas. The 12,000 sq. ft. finca property is well maintained and offers a solar heated swimming pool (4,00 x 8,00 meters), which is illuminated at night and offers especially at this time perfect seating. From the finca you can enjoy a wonderful sea view.

The small studio with about 20 sqm is ideal for solo travelers, or ideal for additional booking to another unit on the estate. The bed with comfortable mattress is 1.40 M x 2.00 M in size.
