This totally new apartment complex - located in Costa del Silencio, in the sunny south of Tenerife, at just 100 m from the sea - was finished only in November 2008.

The place has a beautiful swimming pool zone with a swimming pool. There is also a small pool for children. The complex is very safe, so the children cannot get out of it without permission from the front desk.

Due to its location, on the periphery, there are not so many vehicles around the area so you can sleep without any disturbance. Because the complex is new, its condition as well as condition of particular apartments are very good. Of course all the furniture is also new. There are 70 living units in this complex. Half of them have a view over sea and the rest have direct access to the swimming pool area. You can specify in your booking enquiry what you want or what you prefer. Sometimes it will depend on the complex availability. However we have to turn your attention to the fact that your request sometimes cannot be met if all the apartments, located on a given side will be occupied.

The studio is very bright thanks to large windows and it is furnished with lots of taste. The kitchen area offers among others a fridge, a small roaster and two heating boards. Some other kitchen appliances are available, such as coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pans and pots. There is a shower, wash basin and a bidet in the bathroom. In the sleeping area you will find a large twin bed with comfortable matteraces and a wardrobe with sliding doors. You have also at your disposal a sofa, table and a closet with SAT-TV set. The terrace or balcony is also furnished.

An indication for those who have pets; in the complex, there is only one apartment in which you can keep pets. This apartment has got a separate entrance. Please ask us about the availability of that place if you would like to come with your dog. It is forbidden to keep pets in all other apartments so they are very good for those who suffer allergy.
