The large 10,000 sqm property is situated on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz in the middle of banana plantations. On the grounds is the owner's house and two apartments. There are many exotic plants to discover including an avocado plantation. Spacious lawns are also maintained for your sunbeds, or your Breakfast under the southern sun. Also extraordinary is the pool size, since this is not a normal private pool , it is more a real swimming bath, the size is just under 90 sqm. The pool is also solar-heated, so that you can always swim in the winter.

The center of La Paz is about 20 minutes on foot, or 2 minutes by car. For the seaside promenade of Puerto de la Cruz (Plaza del Charco)you need about 40 minutes walk or 10 minutes by car depending on the traffic even faster.

The studio features a living room with satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is integrated in the living room. The studio has its own terrace where you have already the first morning sun rays. The bathroom has shower and bathtub.
