Apartment is located at the golf course. The clubhouse there is only a few walking minutes away. The new marina, riding stables, restaurants, supermarkets are also just minutes away. But at least the place is ideal not only for golfers, also for all vacationers who want to stay in a quieter resort in the sunny south of Tenerife. In the complex there is a nice pool area with poolside bar. It has a wonderful view over the golf course and sea.

The apartment has one bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower, which is fully equipped, including with washing machine, dryer, towels, bathrobes. Integrated in the living room is the kitchen. This is also fully equipped, including with cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The living room has a large corner sofa which can be transformed into a large double bed, from which you can leisurely watch satellite TV. A nice, big glass table overlooking the golf course, sea and pool. The apartment was renovated in 2011 and refurbished. A large parking lot for your rental car is directly behind the house.
