This free standing, beautiful villa is located in a very quiet place, at the end of dead-end street in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, in the most popular district of the city - La Paz. From La Paz, the walking routes lead to the main promenade of de la Cruz, located along the main beach, which you can reach in several minutes. A nice, sunny garden belongs to the villa. It has got a meadow for sun burning and deckchairs, swimming pool of size 8 x 4 m, outdoors shower - if needed, even with hot water - a place for BBQ and of course a terrace with furniture, offering places for 6 persons.
