This real estate (finca) is located in a favourable climatic zone, in the north of Candelaria. There mostly all the time is only sunny what for the owner of the real estate, oriented agriculturally e.g. for growing of bananas is a great disadvantage, however not for a vacationer. That is why the real estates in such locations are today almost always used for tourist purposes. It was designed for maximum 4 persons: beds for 3rd and 4th persons are in the top part of that wooden house, directly under roof. The living room has a satellite TV. Bungalow 2 offers one bedroom, a nice, large living room, a kitchen, bathroom and large living area, own furnished terrace with BBQ for maximum 3 persons. And bungalow 3 has 2 bedrooms: one is equipped with 3 single beds. Thanks to that, you have 5 sleeping places at your disposal what is especially interesting for a family with 3 children. Also in that bungalow, you have own access to internet through WLan, a cosy set for sitting, satellite TV, kitchen and bathroom, and also own furnished terrace with BBQ. The kitchens, well equipped in a style of a village house, offer in all 3 houses everything what is needed every day and are fully provided with, among others, heating boards, coffee express machine, fridge with freezer, microwave oven/ mini roaster, toaster and of course, dishes and cutlery. Bathrooms are equipped with shower, wash basin and WC. A private terrace was provided with chairs and a table.
