This apartment complex - composed of only 10 living units - is located in the middle of the Los Cristianos boulevard area, only 1-minute away on foot from the beach "Playa de Los Cristianos". The complex is perfect place not only for bath lovers but also for those who would like to be in just the centre and are looking for action. Just going outdoors you can go shopping, or go out for a meal, or just have a cold beer in one of many cafes and inns. After a minute walk you will get to the beach boulevard which is 10 km long. Here you will be able to enjoy nice walks along the beach.

The complex has got 2 large roof terraces with tables, chairs and deck chairs. For those who do not fancy going out at night, this place is perfect for enjoying a charming evening. If the evening is too hot, you can take one of two outdoors showers, located on the terrace. A wonderful view among others over sea is spreading from the roof terrace.

The apartments are equipped with everything what is needed for enjoying your holidays. They have got an American kitchen with fridge-freezer and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds that can be set together as a twin bed or with 1 twin bed. The living room is provided with a sleeping place for 3rd person on a sofa and with an area for dining corner. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. There are 10 apartments in total in the building. Please take into account that the arrangement of a given object can differ slightly from the photos. The apartments are generally equipped in the same way but because they were renovated in the same time, those are not identical in every detail. This apartment does not have its own balcony however both large roof terraces should satisfy you.
